MT Feminine Movement classes are for women of every fitness level, and each class is capped at 8 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need.

All classes must be reserved on Schedulicity.


Liquid Motion Classes

The Liquid Motion® class is an open level class that utilizes elements of fitness conditioning, sensual movement, and dance theory, to provide a total mind and body movement experience. In this 75-minute class, students learn the fundamentals of Liquid Motion® to build a foundation for floor work and wall work. The class is made up of body conditioning, lateral movement drills, intricate floor sequences, exploration of sensual movement, and an understanding of total body awareness.

Thursdays

What to Wear and Bring to Class…

There is a lot of floor work in our Liquid Motion class so wear clothing that won’t stick to the floor.

  • Yoga Pants or Tight Shorts

  • Long Sleeves (with a tank underneath in case you get hot)

  • Leg warmers if you’re feeling stylish

  • Knee pads if you have them (some extras are available to borrow)
